NextFunders Terms of Service

Welcome to NextFunders. By accessing or using our website (nextfunders.io) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of TermsBy using NextFunders, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
2. Description of ServicesNextFunders connects startups with investors and provides guidance, resources, and strategic support for fundraising. We facilitate introductions, coaching, and connections but do not guarantee funding or investment outcomes.
3. User EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Startups and investors must provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting forms.
4. Investor TermsInvestors using NextFunders pay no fees to join our network. All commission fees for successful fundraising are borne by the startups. Participation does not guarantee access to investment opportunities.
5. Startup TermsStartups may be subject to review before being introduced to investors. Fees or equity agreements are disclosed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Startups are responsible for paying any commission or equity fees as agreed.
6. User ConductYou agree not to:
- Misrepresent yourself or your business
- Violate laws or regulations
- Use the platform to solicit unauthorized funds or spam
- Share confidential information of others without permission
7. Intellectual PropertyAll content on NextFunders, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to NextFunders. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
8. Limitation of LiabilityNextFunders is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including failed investments, missed opportunities, or incorrect information. Users participate at their own risk.
9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextFunders, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10. TerminationNextFunders may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. ModificationsNextFunders may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Monaco. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Monaco courts.
